Tilling the Fertile Ground - working to improve what is growing.

  In Queensland, Phil and Adele Thomas are working with the Bundaberg Bible Chapel (BBC) which presently has 200 plus members. This church is showing evidence the Lord's blessing upon them in the salvation of a good number of souls in the past few years.

  Phil has used the Establishing Series extensively and is about to commence a second, 2 year Internship with several people from BBC. He enjoys the full support of the eldership (himself a teaching elder) and is working hard to imbed the philosophy of lifelong learning into the DNA of this progressive and forward looking local church.

  Some of the first group of interns are working in the surrounding local churches, seeking to develop interest in the paradigm and to grow their fellowships through training and mentoring.
